aware OF, aware FROM, aware AS
The usual state of awareness is to simply be “aware of” stuff. Normal day to day activity typically involves navigating physical space and experiencing various sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Some of these sensations, emotions, and thoughts we are “aware of”.
What is not usual is to track where you are being “aware from”. Whether you are paying attention to your physical environment, your physical sensations, your emotions, or your thoughts, you are being aware of these ‘things’ “from” a certain organ of perception.
